Why is S&S CISD having a bond?
The $36,000,000 referendum will include projects that address community and student body growth by adding new builds, additions, and District-wide updates.

Using a comprehensive survey by Zonda Education, S&S CISD Elementary School is projected to approach 91% of campus capacity by 2027/28.

This includes updating the Ag Facility to provide students with hands-on, career-focused learning opportunities in agriculture, science, and technology.

The district has 4 actively building subdivisions, with roughly 150 lots available to build on
Within S&S CISD there are 6 future subdivisions in the planning stages
Groundwork is currently underway on more than 250 lots in 2 subdivisions
