S&S CISD is having a Bond Election.

On Saturday, May 3, 2025, voters in S&S CISD will vote on the district’s $36,000,000 bond referendum.

Why is S&S CISD having a bond?

The $36,000,000 referendum will include projects that address community and student body growth by adding new builds, additions, and District-wide updates.

  • Using a comprehensive survey by Zonda Education, S&S CISD Elementary School is projected to approach 91% of campus capacity by 2027/28.

  • This includes updating the Ag Facility to provide students with hands-on, career-focused learning opportunities in agriculture, science, and technology.

    • The district has 4 actively building subdivisions, with roughly 150 lots available to build on

    • Within S&S CISD there are 6 future subdivisions in the planning stages

    • Groundwork is currently underway on more than 250 lots in 2 subdivisions
